As our new People & Culture Partner, you will join a driven team, each with their unique expertise and contributions. We are eager to develop and enact HR strategies that boost staff engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will act as a strategic partner for your designated teams to shape and implement HR strategies that align with RFN's overall objectives. Your Role and Responsibilities:

-Your role involves optimizing HR processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness, requiring a keen eye for innovation and improvement.

-Responsible for overseeing HR projects from inception through to implementation, you will ensure these initiatives support RFN’s strategic goals and mission.

-Constantly seek to enhance, streamline and innovate HR processes, elevating organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

-Ensure RFN is perceived as an employer of choice, promoting strategies that elevate employee contentment and wellbeing.

-Recruitments, attracting and retaining the talent essential for RFN's mission and growth.

-Develop RFN’s standards, methods, and tools for HR management, in close collaboration with members of the P&C team.

Your Background:

-Holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field and brings a minimum of 5 years’ experience and expertise in HR across a variety of functions, with a strategic, business-oriented mindset.

-Experienced in supporting leaders and teams, paired with excellent communication skills.

-Knowledge in Norwegian employment law.

-Strong organisational and administrative skills and capable of building strong relationships

-Independent, structured, and solution focused.

-Fluent in Norwegian and English both written and spoken. English is our working language.
