Rainforest Foundation Norway seeks experienced policy advisor for the Peru and Colombia program
Rainforest Foundation Norway (RFN) is one of Europe’s leading organisations in the work to protect the world’s rainforests and strengthen the rights of indigenous peoples, in cooperation with indigenous and environmental organisations in Southeast Asia, Central Africa and the Amazon. Over the course of more than two decades, RFN has steadfastly built up our engagement in the Amazon in partnership with national civil society partners.
We are seeking a policy advisor at the Peru and Colombia program to be part of the develop and roll-out RFN country specific policy approach, priorities and plans in alignment with RFN overall strategy.
Location: RFN has its HQ in Oslo. The position will be base in Oslo or alternatively RFN may be open to the position being based on another country location. The position will require work across multiple time zones, extensive travel, and collaboration with colleagues in different countries.
Policy advisor for the Peru and Colombia program
The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering processes related to country-specific policy priorities aligned with the organization’s strategic framework.
