Rainforest Foundation Norway seeks a Results Management Adviser based in Oslo
Rainforest Foundation Norway (RFN) is one of Europe’s leading organizations in the work to protect the world’s rainforests and strengthen the rights of indigenous peoples, in cooperation with indigenous and environmental organizations in Southeast Asia, Central Africa and the Amazon.
The world is facing two urgent and interlinked crises – climate change and the accelerating loss of biodiversity. Nowhere are the interlinkages of these two crises, and the solutions to them, clearer than in the tropical rainforests. Yet, tropical rainforests are being destroyed at a rapid pace. The next decade will be decisive for whether we succeed in saving the remaining rainforests, and we at Rainforest Foundation are stepping up our efforts.
We are searching for a Results Management Adviser for a permanent position in our Strategy and Learning team.
In this position, you will be responsible for RFN’s overall results system development and management with our colleague who is currently on leave. You will be working with colleagues in your team and across teams in the organization, supporting staff in results management and monitoring efforts.
